PhD Candidate in Robotics & AI — building intelligent automation systems for industrial manufacturing
I am a PhD candidate in Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics at University College Dublin (UCD), funded through the EU Marie Curie iCircular3 Doctoral Network. My research develops AI-powered robotic systems for the automated disassembly, inspection, and remanufacturing of industrial robots and electric vehicles — addressing one of the most critical engineering challenges in the automotive industry's transition to a sustainable circular economy.
Currently on a research secondment at KUKA Ireland (July–September 2026), I work hands-on with industrial robotic systems, bridging academic research and real-world automation engineering. I also serve as a Junior Research Scientist at the IOTA Foundation (Berlin), developing smart contract infrastructure for data-driven circular supply chains.
I am actively seeking PostDoc and Robotics/AI Engineer positions, with a strong interest in automotive automation, intelligent manufacturing, robot-assisted assembly systems, and generative CAD for automated design workflows.
